Nylon Membrane Filter from XINNA is supported by an inert polyester support web. The internal support of the nylon membrane gives it added dimensional strength and stability, which prevents it from cracking, tearing, curling, and breaking when subjected to further agressive batch processing or sample handling. One of the unique features of Nylon Filter Membrane is that it is a naturally hydrophilic membrane, it can wet out evenly and retain its superior strength during use in general filtration or purification of medical drug solutons. It does not require wetting agents that can interfere with biological processes. The absence of such agents makes it ideal for use in applications where biological safety is a priority. Nylon membranes also have broad chemical compatibility and low level of extractables, making them idea for sterilization and filtration of various aqueous solutions, organic solvents, buffers and culture medias.

The nylon membranes from us are non-sterile , autoclavable at 121°C, and available in
