0.22µm Sterilized Venting Disc Filter with Hydrophobic Membrane
Sterilized Air Vent Filter with Hydrophobic Membrane is an effective solution for degassing and filtering applications in various industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and chemical processing. The 0.22µm Pore Size Sterilized Air Filter integrated with hydrophobic membrane is a versatile venting disc filter designed for degassing and providing excellent protection against bacteria by eliminating exposure to aerosol contamination. It features a hydrophobic PTFE membrane and PP housing, making it suitable for a range of applications such as venting and degassing fermentation tanks and culture vessels, drying or sterilizing gases, and cleaning analytical solvents and reagents. The filter is designed to withstand high temperatures and autoclaving cycles, with a maximum capacity of 30 cycles at 121°C for 20 minutes or 3 cycles at 134°C for 30 minutes. This makes it ideal for high temperature processing applications. In addition to its robustness, the filter also boasts a 0.22µm pore size, which allows for efficient filtration of small particles and gases. The hydrophobic membrane further enhances the filter's performance by preventing the adhesion of particles to the surface, ensuring continuous and reliable operation over time.
