Disposable syringe filter body are typically made of  polypropylene (PP) material, the membrane filter layer incorporated can be PES, PTFE, Nylon, or other filter media depending on specific purposes.

The Syringe filters from us are ultrasonic welded to guarantee no liquid or gas leakage while being subjected to high pressure. No membrane replacement or filter cleaning is required, the single-use syringe filters are a great help to lab staffs freeing them from the trivial and time-consuming preparation, and therefore are widely embraced by laboratories across the world. It is most commonly used for sample prefiltering, particles removal, liquid and air filtration. Syringe filters are ideal for HPLC sample preparation and GC-MS Sample Preparation.

The PES syringe filters we produce contains high performance hydrophilic PES membrane filter. And the PES membranes are manufactured in our 100,000 class facilities, while the body of the syringe filters are manufactured just a few miles away in our new Injection Molding workshop.
